All your PLR idea is great. Most of the time I used it to rewrite a blog post for my blog. However, I will try to implement it different way. Maybe should used it to turn into digital product such as ebook, video and audio.

It’s surprising though, the number of people who make little or no changes to their plr products before putting them back online.
Some basic changes to all graphics using a free web editor like nvu, add more info to the product if it’s an eBook or report (you’re bound to have something else on your harddrive that would help) and a quick rewrite of the salespage… and you’ve a product that is unique to you. That way it’s not necessary to splash it all over the web at $2!
That’s when you start to make real money from PLR.

You came just in time for I have just recently purchased a high quality PLR product package that I am trying to monetize. I will definitely use all the ideas you gave here. Surprisingly, I already hired a writer to turn one of the PLR products in my package into a useful e-book I can sell.
But with PLR, I learned that it all boils down to quality. With good quality PLR, the possibilities for profits are endless.
